function available
Sensor units with this function can be set up to not detect fixed objects
on the rear of the vehicle that would normally be within the detection
zone of the sensors – out to 45cm from each sensor. This is a very
useful function if detection of tow bars or rear spare tyres is a problem.
Also this function pushes the closest detection zone out from 30cm to
50cm (useful for SUVs, 4WDs with large rear tyres). The blanking function
can be set up during installation to be either on or off. The blanking
function is available on 4 sensor parking sensor models TE6240, TE 6245,
TE2040 and TE2140.
